Fundació Joan Miró is very beautiful museum that houses various important works by one of Catalunya's best modern artists- Joan Miró. The building is located on top of Montjuic overlooking the vast cityscape of Barcelona. Accessible by a funicular train or by strenuous walk up the hill via stairways, the museum is part of a vast complex of urban nature park, historical fort, an Olympic Stadium, and other world-class museums.
